A perfect Aussie day

Like most of people live in Adelaide , we have a perfect day of beach , surf and sun shine.

Morning it’s so hot that we decide to go to Marion Shopping Center enjoy the air condition . But Sunday the Adelaide metro must use red ticket ( $2.78 per time ) , So we change the target to go to Adelaide city ,Myer or David Jones .

It’s the last Saturday before we come back to Shanghai, It’s sunny and hot when we across the Tram railway . So we change the target again . This time we want to go to Glenelg beach the most famous beach of Adelaide more than Brighton beach near our new home.

Tram is not railway ,I think it may be railbus system.It’s free in the city .

A lot of people play at beach ,usually the Australia woman or girl is too fat to see, but I see many more young beautiful and slim Australia girl in the beach. It’s a fortunately to see the regular woman on my sight.lol

Tina is very happy go to the sea ,the wave wet her all over.

At 5 PM we come back to home .

Everything seems to be ok. the loan of my house from the ANZ Bank is approved .

I sign a contract with the First National Realestate about my house look after.

It’s seems so complex but they told me they do everything for me.

So it’s seems so easy that the only thing I need to do is check my bank account every month.

Finish the meeting we go to city by the train from oakland park railway station far from my new house 200 meter away.

20 minutes later we arrive city Rudmall walk street.

The most heatwave in the Australian history is over now. We need some quilt when we sleep at night.

The past days I live in Adelaide is peaceful and very happy.I love this city more than Shanghai and any other city in China. Not only the beef steak and the fresh milk ,but also I think I live here like a freeman and have right under the laws.

I am only a TR (Temp residence) now ,but I decide to be a PR or a citizen of Australia as soon as possible.

And I find some business like voip via China to Australia or classifelds web service all over the Australia and Newzeland locale was Chinese or English.

I have review some classifelds software by PHP & MySQL ,It’s too expensive to me to start my business. I decide build a new one by myself.I plan use two month complete the website and the domain is www.adelaide8.com or other domain like 218.com.au etc.

Tina is waiting to play AFL football, it’s australia life I love.

It’s hot and hot , dry norhwest wind make the city like a burning room.

The house we rent was a old house without air-condition , so we must go to shopping mall to enjoy a cold afternoon like many people in Shanghai at summer.

Today is the last cooling off day and I will call brett when can I give the check to them , and all over this city everything is so slowly especially the lawyer . I must wait till they call me to do something and you can not control the deal or speed the deal.

The funny thing about yesterday maybe this one: I study how to be a cleaner to clean a office ,cleaner is a mid high waged label work ,sometimes 30 dollars per hour = 150RMB per hour. The friend tell me this office cleaner twice a week and should do two hour every time and it’s so easy and more clean than our rent house .

When I study English at TAFE , I think a cleaner job is a very suitable job for me.

It’s unbelievable ten days ago but now I can accept job without any mask problem (Chinese English).

Language Skill is my first target when we settle down Adelaide ,you must understand what did Aussie say.

It’s difficult to me ,so I must study hard and hard to get it.

The other thing I will changed is the label work or the blue collar work at Adelaide can earn more money than China, So if I can not get enough IT service subcontract ,I think I will do cleaner at Adelaide.

Don’t laugh at me ,it’s truth,this afternoon I will do some cleaner with my friends at a hotel for I want to know some detail about cleaner .

等会就要去First National Real Estate Lewis Prior 那里签买房子的协议，如果后续的事情能顺利的完成，也算是这次初登最大的收获了。
房子不新，造了四年，房子不大，Townhouse ，价格不贵，35.5W澳币，8/8 Brarry Road 很发的门牌号码啊。

明天就要上飞机了，Bonnie差不多整理好了东西，有两个大箱子，其实很多也未必有用的东西。
YSXB看病看了一生病，总不能让人放心。

FredChan曾经给我看过一篇文章《布里斯班的星空》，是他一个做平面媒体的朋友去了布里斯班后写的，很nice的文笔，让人觉得美丽。那个时候我刚去香港面试回来还没有拿到签证，憧憬着那美好的未来，幻想阿德莱德的星空也会和作者笔下的类似，像等待高考放榜一下的等待着准签信的到来，真的来了那天却让人感到莫名的失落，也许真的有机会成为一个自由国度的公民的时候，才发现自由并不是那么重要的东西（自己都要把自己绕进去了）。

2009年1月14日，我，Bonnie 和Tina 都将第一次踏出国门，乘坐国泰航空的飞机，经香港转机后5飞往阿德莱德，开始我的澳大利亚之梦。预计 2009年2月14日，情人节那天返回上海。自觉自己还是个愿意写字的人，但总是七零八落的写着只有自己才看得懂的所谓技术和理想混杂的文字。我会记录下每时每刻的所思所感所悟，也方便那些关心我们的了解我们在阿德莱德生活状况。

5t昨天看韩剧《ON AIR》，吴晟雅丢弃在韩国的一切，决定和心爱着的张基俊前往好莱坞发展的时候说的台词：“我不再是明星，我是一个新人”，我更不是一个明星，也不算一个很有成就的人，所以阿德莱德对我来说就是一个全新的需要战斗的舞台，要咬紧牙关实现那个其实触手可及的梦想：让Tina Yu 能够呼吸着自由的空气快乐的成长。
